So last night was a pretty good one. A lot of it took place downtown at EBC and BJ's, a substantial amount of decent food and drink was involved, and fun of various kinds was had. Today has also been decidedly pleasant and enjoyable so far.

Well, that's about all I've got for now. Gotta go do...stuff.

It's quarter after 1 AM, and I'm up past bedtime. I'm laying in bed, watching a movie called Shogun's Shadow (aka Attack! Shogun Iemitsu is Crazy, which I think is a much cooler title) and drinking a nice cold bottle of Flying Bison Buffalo Lager (REALLY good beer, by the way). I skipped out on a day of classes and work to drive back to the old hometown where I met Katie, had lunch, went to the mall, and metro'd down to Buffalo for Thursday in the Square (or its acronym, as I reminded Katie, 'T.I.T.S.' Incredible! I've only been back at Fredonia for a few weeks, and already I'm feeling drained, exhausted, and half dead. A lot of the spark and energy I was constantly building up over the summer (and held onto pretty well during the first week here) has almost disappeared completely. Well my junior year at Fredonia has gotten off to a fairly promising start. I've already met a lot of truly interesting people, and I find myself busy and constructive for a change. I've often found out that setting a routine in stone helps me make sure that I always do what I need to do. I've got to ration out the time out of my school week carefully to make sure I don't fall into my old slacker ways.
