Day 22- What makes you different from everyone else
There are a lot of things obviously, but one of the first things that came to mind:
I don't find my adolescence age that hard to cope, terrifying, angst-filled, rebellious, everything-everyone-says-about-puberty at all :"/. I actually enjoy it and have no idea what people are talking about D:

You know, maybe we are meant to feel that way in our teenage years, so probably something's wrong with me :"/? Or to quote the comment down there, maybe I'll have to pay back in my adulthood >__>"?

I kinda envy you, but then, once in a while someone like you pops out :-? I wonder how one could find their teenage years easy to bear. Is it because of their parents :-?

Of course I had problems of my own, surely, but I feel they are minor enough to ignore and forget :"/. Maybe it's really because of my parents, they really do support me in every way possible and give me enough leeway to make me feel comfortable. Or maybe because I found it the most fruitful period of my life - I was able to do all kind of stuffs (that right now I found it impossible to do :( ) which probably took away all of my time to muse and let the hormones act up :"/...

You sure know what makes you different from everyone else.
It's just that, it reminds me of what Naoko said to Tooru in Norwegian Wood, about her and Kizuki not having to go through the pain of puberty at all, and that they had to repay for the fortune in their adulthood. But Tooru didn't understand...
On the other hand, I know quite a few people who are forever stuck in the hell of adolescence, even when they're 40-something already. It's not necessarily a bad thing, sometimes maybe even the contrary.

Sorry, I haven't read Norwegian Wood yet, so I only understand part of what you said :").
Maybe the fact that people who don't go through the pain of puberty will pay in their adulthood is true; maybe I was just lucky, or maybe I just wanted to make the best out of living. This may sound sort of nerdy but having read a certain manga had affected me in such a way >__>".
And maybe being stuck in the hell of adolescence, as you said, is not such a bad thing (but then they wouldn't call it "hell" would they? Human is a flexible creature after all).

Nah, the payment is just that you will forever miss your youthful adolescent years more than any other when you're full-grown. xD
Whether or not one finds puberty easy to cope with is entirely due to oneself. That's a great thing when a manga has a positive effect on you. -coughswhichonewasitcoughs-
Differently successful and awesome, those adults are the best and worst people around xD. They fuck with your brain but at the end of the day you'll still love them.

Oh so that's what you meant. Yeah, probably....but here's hoping the memory of heavy schoolwork would scare me enough to not be too desperate ^^".

That manga's called One Piece, I'm sure you've heard about it one way or another :). If you haven't checked it out, by all means do! It's really good and worth taking a look, though it's pretty long (600 chapters and counting) so be sure you're not in a middle of an exam or something before reading it :P"

They sound like interesting people :). Too bad I don't know many people of that age though...
