I don't have long, but Other than the fact that I am dropping pounds non-stop, everything is slowly but surely piecing itself together. I know, I know, your probably saying that most people would kill to be able to lose as much weight as I have, and I have always been one of those people. Tofu is high in protein. If you're looking for protein, that's where it's at. Also, try eating stuff like rice and beans with cheese - kind of ghetto and simple but it's cheap, filling, and gives you a lot of protein.

thanks for the advice...no tofu for me though. But I must say that rice and beans are easy for me to add to my diet because they go with the mexican food I love to eat!!! :0)
