Whoa, Joey, there's a hot girl. (And the inside of a cool ferry)
These pictures are from the town of Finikas, most of which were taken at my great-uncles house.
From L-R: My uncle-in-law: Johnny Reno, my great uncle: Christo(he's the pure Greek), my aunt: Chippy, and my mom: Mom.
L-R: I don't even know, I guess he'd be my 2nd cousin in law or something... anyway, Andonis, who just married Anjelici, (I'm sure I spelled that wrong, but it's pernounced An-gel-e-key) who is to the right of him, and she's my second cousin, I guess. They're both greek.
The rest of these pictures are taken from Ano Syros, which is part of Ermoupolis. Ano means high, and that's what this was. It's a town that's high up from the actual city of Ermoupolis, and it was for the poorer people, so they'd have to walk all the way down and back up to the city.
I truthfully have no clue who that is. And if you inform me, I thank you.
The church of Saint George (the guy who fought a dragon)
That's it for Ano Syros, and now we return back to Ermoupolis.
I dont know who that is either...
Back in Finikas:
Galissas(although I didn't take too many pictures of Galissas' scenery..)
Ermoupolis:
Okay, the really cool thing about Ermoupolis is it has both Greek Orthodox and Catholic churches in the same city. In fact, the two different churches on the two different hills (if you can really see that in the picture above) are the Orthodox and Catholic churches facing eachother. I thought that was pretty neat.
