okay, so the one with the birds is fantastic and cinematic and all that, but the second one screams your name. :)

Ha ha ha... really? That's one of my least favorites, compositionally...

I like 3 and 5, though. And I have, like, 20 photos of the birds, but that was the favorite...

5 and 5 are good, no question. but whether compositionally perfect or not, the second one is immediately what comes to mind when i think of the subjects you're drawn to, and to your photographs as a whole - it's always been that sort of... not "rural ruins" exactly so much as a broken-down americana. :)

I know what you mean.. I feel like it's a cliche, but then I know I should shoot what I want to shoot and not worry about that stuff. I could go on, but I'd sound like a pretentious Art student... Oh, wait...
