The face that greeted him at the door reassured him, though, and he knew that he’d made the right decision. At least for this night he’d be comforted and taken care of and reminded that he was still a part of something much bigger than himself. It was too easy to forget it these days.

This line is so perfect. I love Kangin dearly, and I totally think he's the sweet type who would think this way.
