Once upon a time in a not too far off land, there lived a girl named Val and her friend Tom.   Tom leaves to go fight a pointless war in Iraq in 2 and a half hours for the next 5 years while everyone sits at home and watches the news about counltess bombings and raids praying that his name won't be attached to the list of casualties.
