Eh, it is what it is. I came into it thinking it'd be a night of awkward exchanges with a guy I really dislike, fighting to stay awake and bad music, so it inevitably ended up so. As a matter of fact, I had more fun hanging out with my friends before prom than I did at the actual dance. lD

I really do think that your negative view on it might have not helped matters much but, like you said, it is what it is. xD At least you had fun before and after prom. xDDD

Yeah I know, I was just being sifficult about the whole thing because I never wanted to go in the first place. :( But mostly I couldn't help thinking so negatively because people were making it out to be the pinnacle of high school when it's just one night. But IDK Grad night is what I'm really looking forward too!
