Wow. Sometimes termites can eat animal feces as part of their diet. However, I think assuming that a couple you found on your book case have suddenly moved in because of bunnies that have been there for a couple of months is pretty silly. That seems like a huge stretch. Also, there's no way (that I know of) she can prove that they're there just because of your bunnies (and therefore charge you something extra). Don't let her say anything about that when you guys move out. I wouldn't let her know if you find any more; let her deal with it.
