Your comment about hobos getting your precious fluids *yuck btw* made me think of the news tonight. The DNC is coming here very soon and some local hairdressers "volunteered" to give a ton of homeless people haircuts. They are beautifying Denver before the big-wigs get here.

It seems like something a communist nation would do.

lol I suppose it's better than shooting civilians. It would be nice to try and fix the problem, but I suppose haircuts will do for now.
