Comment ficathon question

Is there a good way to go about organizing/promoting a comment ficathon? I usually run into them way too late to feel comfortable participating.

Oh, those prompts are just perfect. I've written Yankumi accidentally knocking Shin around before, so I'm especially tickled by your Mei idea. Would Rihito be oblivious, or just try to spare his lady the embarrassment by pretending to be oblivious?
