I'm reading this still and thinking of you often. I know that you know this, but the road you're on isn't a short one - it's baby steps that make up the journey and you've been taking plenty of those lately. Hugs, and you're doing amazingly on this journey - you'll eventually get to where you want to be, but don't forget to appreciate how far you've come already while you're on your way ;).

thank you, katie. I really appreciate that, and also wanted to say that I also appreciate all of your supportive and encouraging comments over the last few years! It really means a lot to me to know that people care, even people that I've never met in person. :)

I know how you feel. I didn't go volunteer today because I couldn't handle being around people. I've stayed at home for several days in a row. I have an interview this week and I am afraid of going. I am so glad you have hope. That is great news!

I read every post! Not sure what more to say other than giving hugs...if you ever want to pop down here for a visit with Mari, then I'd love to see you too!! I wish I could afford to go up to Sheffield and keep you company a bit :(.

I know how you feel with the loneliness...we're moving in a little over a week, and I have absolutely nobody to say goodbye to.

We move next week, but it's still within easy-ish reach by train. Or depending on the timing, I might be able to meet you in town. Kinda depends on work at that point :)

OR if it's over a weekend, we could all 3 couples meet up in an expat bonanza :D.

I always read your posts, even if I don't always comment. And, while I don't for a minute think you're all better, I do very much like the fact that you have that tiny bit of hope. It's a very important thing, hope, so don't let go of it. xxx
