Everyone else has been posting menu's so I thought I'd join in the fun.
I made this last week, meant to post it, and nver quite got around to it, but it was DELICIOUS! even though I ate it alone for Taj's hate of liver.

chicken livers with grapes and caramelized onions

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
