Awesome! Now I have a question: is Sofie an alligator or crockadile? And speking of Sofie, how is the little thing? She doing ok?

she's an american alligator. she's doing okay. the unfortunate (or maybe fortunate) thing is that we didn't find anything glaringly obvious as a tumor. we suspect she has encephalitis and are treating her as such. but, we still aren't sure and have NO idea what the prognosis of encephalitis in an alligator is!

it turned out that on the same day my other two friends got to go to the zoo and do endoscopy on a polar bear!
