Conviction lacking

I feel sort of bad for what I did, but they lack initiative and cave too easily. The underlings give this person absolutely no respect, not that they give respect to anyone else either...
Whether or not it was the right thing to do, I feel better that I did it because I don't particularly like the underlings anyhow.
