What's Going On

My dear LJ friends, I may be incommunicado for a while. My father was rushed to the hospital this morning after suffering a seizure. The latest word is that there is a large mass in his abdomen that they are fairly certain is cancer that has metasiticized and gone into his brain. They don't hold out much hope

I'm deeply sorry that I missed your post. All I know is that I was missing my friend and wondering what happened to her. I went looking for you and that's how I found this post and read the sad news of your dad.

I hope and pray that you and your family will find the courage to face whatever the future holds. Know that we miss you and are wishing you and yours all the very best.

Thank you so much for your kind, and I know, heartfelt, wishes. My LJ friends have been so supportive during this difficult time, and I love you all very much. A few friends, of course, are more special than others, and you are among those few.

Keep in touch, and keep writing. I am still watching my MFU sites, and good stories take my mind off the turmoil for a bit.
