The day started like every other day they'd had during their captivity, a pat down for weapons and then breakfast. They knew, however, that this day would be different for them. Hopefully it would be a better day.  The night before, they'd spent it going over the plan in hushed voices until early in the morning.  They felt as prepared as they could

After they finished breakfast, Chase’s men came in with a PASIV and set it down on the middle of the floor of their room. Arthur eyed Ariadne, conveying whatever thought on their plan.

She watched the men for a moment, luckily there were only two, although Chase would be coming in at any moment. She looked back at Arthur intently, nodding to show that she was ready.

Chase came in a moment later and when he was completely in the room, Arthur grabbed the PASIV by the handle and swung it at one of the man. Arthur managed to get one of Chase’s men across the face while the other pulled out his gun.

In a flash, Ari was on the man Arthur had knocked down and grabbed for his gun which she immediately pointed at Chase.

"Put the gun down or I'll shoot him!" she yelled at the other man in what she hoped was a demanding voice. She figured these men knew that she worked in Dreamshare so for all they knew she could be highly trained in weapons. Just to get her point across she lifted the safety.
