TEITO REALLY HASN'T EVER CONSCIOUSLY FANTASIZED ABOUT HAKUREN IN THAT WAY, BUT IF HE DID:

During a shining moment of friendship it... somehow develops to more (Teito doesn't know how it got from point A to point C), and for the most part it's gentle and vanilla, and Hakuren might tease him a little in that way of his and thus Teito might tsun back a bit and basically it'd be a soft friendship moment which somehow includes...sex. VERY SWEEET AND VANILLA and Hakuren tops out of teasing slightly and Teito not knowing what to do otherwise.

TEITO JUST CAN'T PROCESS DEVIT THAT WAY! Like. He can slightly process and fantasize about Hakuren because they're pretty close, but Devit is in that weird not quite close enough spot for Teito even to subconsciously fantasize in a sexual way, plus he's Hakuren's boyfriend and would feel guilt FOREVER.

So basically he fantasizes Devit and Hakuren living happily ever after while he watches slightly off the sidelines before disappearing off the face of the Earth. (Actually, this is his fantasy for everyone including Mikage. MAKE SURE THEY'RE HAPPY THEN NOT GET ANYONE INVOLVED WITH HIM ANY MORE).
