Aussie TV schedules and other updates

I don't know how I feel about Aussie TV schedules. I used to think Thursdays were the most boring because most people are out at the shops (the only day of the week with late night shopping in the suburbs), so the TV stations didn't really bother either. Eh, I don't think I have to pay TV license here..buy TV, got antenna = can watch...

Anyway, the point is that I used to think that TV schedules sucked, Aussie TV was boring, but it's changed now! :P

are satallite dishes allowed in Aussie? it's illegal in singapore though. if only i have one. haha, i'll be clued to the tv till the end of time! oh wait, maybe not because i'll be spending the rest of my time on the internet watching more dramas!

Yep, I've seen a couple of big satellite dishes in people's backyards here, but I think that's considered PayTV (not sure though), which is different from the small satellite dishes that Foxtel (similar to cable tv in SG) installs.

Soon enough I'll be able to use my laptop as a personal digital tv recorder! Yayyeeee!!!

All I can afford after saving for 4 years is a lousy bed.
