Do any of you know how to do this?
1. Unencrypted the Tivo format into a regular MPG and
2. Convert from MPG to a DVD format

And you're talking about TEVO --- who the hell is this TEVO guy ?????

it should be possible i think. they allow folks to copy tivo recorded programs to computers.. theres gotta be a way to decode it.
either that, or you should get a muffin.

Once you strip the DRM you can use any DVD authoring package you like - Sonic, Nero, etc.
tivolovers
is a good source of info.
