 well...that was quick. Entirely forgot to take pictures of yesterdays dinner. Well, I guess I will change this to 365 days that I remember to take pictures of my dinner. I'll post the pictures for them tomorrow.

Tonights mozzarella omelette was made with eggs from my friends chicken and a spinach salad on the side with a homemade Dijon mustard and red wine vinaigrette.
