You should consider using Outlook for your calendar. Not only would you not have to transfer everything, but if you have a BlackBerry or a SmartPhone it automatically keeps everything on there too (and vice versa). I think I even remember seeing somewhere on Cast Portal where Disney now lets you use "Outlook Anywhere", meaning you can install it on your home computer and connect it to your work email account and use it just as if you are on property

And yes, I've actually done all three. I use my Outlook/Blackberry calendars primarly for work. I've learned I gotta separate my personal calendar from the work calendar. Otherwise too much information in one place. I've also taken Lee's class and read the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. All great resources!
