Freakin' Snow

We got SNOW in Seattle! Not snow, but SNOW. Around 8" so far, and more on the way. That doesn't happen. As such, they don't have the equipment to clear the roads. The freeways basically take care of themselves, with all the cars driving on them, but for sidestreets and driveways, you're on your own
