It's actually just, "who do I need to kill," not whom. Whom follows a preposition, and is, therefore, an object, while who is a subject.

and why haven't u done that the times we've gone ice skating?? we could have had more guys!! we're deff doing that next time, and one of us wear a very outrageous shirt, cuz we all know that's what catches their attention, and not the fact that we've fallen down
