Arsehole biased news papers

I'm bloody fed up with biased Unionist papers like the Daily Record and The Herald giving more space to Labour than any other bloody party. More to the point, they put forward Labour's scaremongering claims as pure unadulterated fact, rather than objectively desrcibing them as political claims (or if they do, it's very thinly veiling sensationalist ( Read more... )

I know - I've seen some of the Fox Network TV shows and bloody hell! O_O The sad thing is the newspapers can get away with it, but the good news is at least over here the TV channels are heavily regulated, so they have to be objective.

This election's turned into a right old he said she said affair. Well, actually, it's kind of strange this one. One party, the SNP, is doing a positive campaign publicly, letting their attackers make fools out of themselves (sly buggers), the enemy party (as I like to call them), Labour, is standing there throwing a barrage of threats and abuse at the SNP and independence, the LibDems are now slagging off Labour and their incompetance, DESPITE having joined forces with them for the past 4 years, and the smaller parties don't seem to be doing much at all. The Tories are almost completely out of the picture.

Here's a shocker - the Sunday Herald, a normally stauch unionist paper, has came out in support of the SNP today for Thursday! It's said whilst it doesn't believe in independence, Labour don't deserve a third term in Scottish power and the SNP's probably the only party worth bothering about, we need a change etc. And that a vote for the SNP is a vote for a vote for independence, so it's all good.

I love it when we get a push from the press :)

A chàirdean and Scotduck, sorry for the intrusion. You can skip or ignore, but I'd urge all Scots residents to view this poster before going into the ballot box today!

Print version poster:

For emailing:
http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/endlabourlies/small-poster/

Print the high-res version of the poster.

View it. Pass it on. Print it. Hang it on windows and walls, especially near key seats!

Email the lower-res poster to all and sundry! Family, friends, pets, strangers - go for it. You're helping us bin dependency and warmongering.

See through the labour lies and spin Scotland! SNP for a return to democracy...1, 2 and 3.

Thanks ;o)
