thank you, i'm trying to get re-inspired to actively blog again and one of the ways to get inspired is to seek, find and post carefully, all manner of Art that is especially beautiful/interesting/memorable/inspiring to me... the blog you linked is wonderful: its presentation, layout, and overall 'Look+Feel' is extremely clean, bright and nice. the content as well seems exceptional. thanks.
I have like 100000 visual art sites bookmarked that I don't visit nearly enough these days. Mostly I just periodically gorge myself on reblogged tumblr links until I'm on the other side of the web with no clue how I got there and 50 new flickr/tumblr links.
GSP this Saturday!!! I don't like this fight for our man (nay, *my* man) Rush. Fighting against a nobody who happens to have a puncher's chance for a T/KO, so if he loses: fluke, if he wins: who cares, we just wanted to see him take his time dominating someone for the optimal 5 rounds because he's GSP. ;p Excited about whatever his entrance song might be this time, though. Will he introduce me to another French rap artist?? So far I've heard of Shurik'n, Sans Pression, Sinik, and Imposs thanks to him. La Rumeur and Oxmo Puccino I heard of myself, though.
I think LJ is messing up my head, apologies if I end up repeat posting.
Didn't even notice his entrance music, think I was too drunk and boisterous and dealing with things. There were sixteen billion of us and seating was an issue and the program came on over an hour late and there was a lot of pent up bad feeling and this and that and that and this! Would have preferred a decisive win, HATE judges decisions, liked the opponent more than I thought I would have, Good Lord the bendy damage that that man can take. Plus he's all rascally and British. Love GSP still tho that was far from a satisfying fight experience from him. Still enjoy him loads, still like his loserliness in the face of his many wins and obvious top-tier fighter thing. Am concerned all my favourites spend too much time not fighting and too much time not having appropriate opponents to prove their worth against. Anyway. Tumblr. Looked at it at some point. Am gonna stick with what I've started I think. Least for now and least as I maintain the idea and the interest. Everything as usual 'goes'. In waves.
Indeed, I wasn't encouraging you to join/use tumblr, beyond the time I did so before I knew about your blog (I figured if you were getting into blogging again, you might've found the audiovisual, simplified interface of tumblr/microblogs motivating), simply the reblogging element is something I wanted to make note of again, in the context of my addle-brained, demotivated visual_art-urges. Sideways, impulsive reblog links that allows one to trace the nodes and suchlike. But personally I think any site that allows for huge pretty pictures that take advantage of fast connections and large monitors is the way to go
