I feel better knowing that I'm depressed and so much of this is cognitive distortion, rather than an actual disaster.

Despite the way I talk, and the fact that I often appear to be going nowhere and have no idea about anything, deep in my scheming little heart there is a Plan. Plus, I got a 96 on my Research Methods exam, so I'm just going to act like a ditz to my heart's content.
