EVALUATION: Recent events involving coworker Eric Delko have put into question dedication to quality of work. During interview, had a polite demeanor and willing to explain some of the recommendations set forth by Internal Affairs.

EVALUATION: Part-time work in lab combined with shift in Dade Memorial Hospital could pose as strain on morale and quality of work. When approached and during interview, appeared to be polite and non-evasive when asked about the supposed title of "Certified Necromancer".
CONCLUSION: Fit for work though further study is needed.

CHARACTERISTICS: 51 yrs Male, Caucasian (NY), Day Shift Lab Supervisor
EVALUATION: Events in the last years may have a greater impact than what subject admits to, such as insomnia. Subject seemed especially concerned by team's well-being over his own. Seemed cautious during interview but responded to all questions.
CONCLUSION: Fit for work though further study is needed.
