Angel’s Dual Purpose Fic Prompt Drive
I went through a major upheaval in my life recently, and I find myself in need of two things:
1. Writing Therapy
You can help with the first by giving me fanfiction prompts. Writing is my therapy when I don’t have a, you know, actual therapist around. I have my Dean/Castiel Big Bang to write, but I’d love to take on some smaller prompts that I can pound out in an afternoon or two.
When it comes to prompts, keep in mind that a complex prompt usually means a longer fic, so if your prompt is super plotty I'd have to spend a considerably longer amount of time on it in order to do it justice. I’m not opposed to taking longer prompts if they speak to me, but a little fluff piece or some smut, worth 1000-2000 words, is perfect. It might help for you to let me know your expectations for the length of your finished fic when you give me the prompt.

2. Money
For the second part of this drive, I am asking for monetary donations. This is not easy for me to ask. For a few more details about my situation, scroll to the bottom of this post. If you’d rather not know, suffice to say that I wouldn’t be asking if I didn’t truly need the help.
That’s why I’m asking that, if you request a fic from me, you also make a donation. I think $10 per 1000 words is reasonable. You’re welcome to donate less than that, or more, or none at all (if your prompt is exceptional enough to make me want to write it for free), but prompts attached to higher donations will go to the front of the line. I’m happy to fill your prompts, but I’d be even happier to be able to pay my bills while I do it.
You are, of course, also free to donate without submitting a prompt. In that case your reward would be good karma and my eternal gratitude.

- Bestiality
- Underage
*This list can be amended if you send me something that squicks me, but I’m cool with almost everything else.
Also, I’m really bad at AUs, but I can do crossovers.

Why I Need This Drive:
I went through a major upheaval in my life recently. I have a severe anxiety disorder, I’ve been struggling with depression, and I just couldn’t deal with the mounting stressors piling up in my life. I would go into all the details of the nervous breakdown that I had, but it was too much to explain and it’s all rather embarrassing. The point is, I’m living with my aunt, uncle, cousin, and nephew (technically second cousin, but I’m claiming aunt rights) for the summer while I recover. In August I have a big move that I’ve had planned for about six months already, and after that’s done I will be able to get a steady job and be self-sufficient.
In the meantime, my family can put a roof over my head and (mostly) feed me, but they can’t support me beyond that. I’m going to be selling things on eBay and I have a little money saved up, but that’s not enough to get me through the summer. I’m going to be relying on donations to help me keep up on my significant payments on student loans and medical bills.
If you follow my blog, you may know that I have a trip planned to Comic Con at the end of July. I bought my Comic Con badge back before all these problems began, and at this point everything is paid for and non-refundable. If you donate, you can be sure that your money will go toward keeping me out of bankruptcy this summer, not toward funding my con adventure.
Lastly, you have no idea how hard this situation is on my pride, or how hard it has been to make this post. Yes, I am asking for money. No, I’m not proud of it, but I need to admit I need help so I’m swallowing my pride and asking for help. Thank you for your understanding.
