Fair Weather Friends

It's true.

I've had my heart broken so many times that I've lost count. What's surprising was the fact that the people who broke my heart multiple times were not boys. They were girls. Hugs, I get it entirely.

I had no real friends till I was in high school and I was MISERABLY tortured in high school. Like actually having PTSD about high school, where just being by the building makes me want to puke.

Now, I'm slowly making friends but I have around 6. And that's all I need unless someone worthy comes along.

Friends are hard to find, and keep your standards high.

*hugs back* I know, right? High school was a miserable time. I've got a few "core" friends who's always got my back too. I'll take your advice and push my standards higher. It's time to stop being a pushover. :D

As a sociable person, it only makes me sad that people are so mean. :(

*bighugs* thank you so much. that means a lot. there's so many people on earth that it's really hard to have a sincere connection with someone. but i'm still hopeful that there's still plenty of people who deserve it. :)

I know, Ate. I'm still working up the courage to clean up my FB friends. I'm definitely staying away from them. :)
