stare long enough into the void and the void will stare back into you.

but he might consider skinning himself when he comes to realize
that love is blind to all but bloodiest red.

Things will probably get better. I say probably because probability has too much sway on certainty.
It seems everyone lately has been extremely busy and stressed.
One foot in front of the other brother.
The clearing can't be far off now.

it's a march to inevitability.
and the feet crash to the beating of the heart with an equally involuntary notion of momentum.
we asked the question if it was right.
and we found the answer that it doesn't matter if it's right.
it only matters that we can't stop it.
this being the case, opinions are only there so they can be had.
it's pathetically redundant.
like the existence of human intellect.
life is just playing games with us and we are just playing games with life. only difference is we have this horrible habit of taking it seriously or personally.
just flattering ourselves.
now that is a trademark of being human.
hahaha.

From the beginning, american culture tells us we are superior to nature. So we must be superior to life, right?
lol
That's pretty funny, but a horrific part of our current statis.

I like the game analogy, and your point in our taking it too seriously at times. It's hard to do that.

By the way, I'm still holding on to Alice for you. We just need to figure out a time to get together. Probably after next week. School is done next wednesday.

Gotta run, see you later.

it's a cop out to be elusive and vague, you'd think __metaflare August 16 2004, 14:30:04 UTC
Your subject line for this entry captured me.

"stare long enough into the void and the void will stare back into you"

It reminded me of my favorite quote by Nietzsche that ends with: ...if you gaze for long into an abyss, the abyss gazes also into you
I apply it graciously to satiate the burns to come.

I don't know what's going on in your life, nor am I inclined to know at this point because it's been a week in LJ terms and things change. But needless to say, I'm glad I stumbled upon you.
You have so much in your head. How absolutely maddening at times.

oddly enough, i clicked you journal, then your site, then truth and there it was. no deviation from the course, apparently.

thank you for taking an interest. my head can be quite full of noise most of the time, yes. but it is my belief that intellect is a byproduct of human incompatibility. so the noise in my head is a direct testament to my solitude and the justifiable notion of it. perhaps.
or perhaps i am just fighting a war simply to avoid ever settling into the title of "victim of circumstance".
no one wants to be a victim.
so lash out in a storm of volition. determined to defined the exact point at which we become relevant. to defy the very moment in which we lose ourselves.

it's a cruel irony just how irrational rationalization can be when you just don't know when to stop asking questions. i believe that is a task of lassitude. so for us ADHD kids, it's all grinding teeth and circles of soulless reason.

maddening.

nice to meet you.
by the way, i'm adding you.
i post somewhat often. but almost always friends only.

I would never choose a life of never questioning, even if it were my happiness. How blithely it would be to live like with contentment for all eternity. Almost undernotes the appreciation one can have once you have achieved it.
What am I talking about. Shit if I know. :]

I'll add you. I love reading what you have to write so far.
