We went to court today so she could get him back and she had been told that if she gave him up that within 30 days if she changed her mind she could get him back. Thats sooo sad, how is the whole thing coming along now? Still the same thing or can u at least fight it?

We are trying to fight it, but so far nothing has happened. I'm at a loss for what to do next.

Have u tried talking to a lawyer or even the courthouse, cause I am sure that there are ways around it! I will ask someone out here for u and get back to u k!

Yes I have called a lot of lawyers, but none of them would give me a free consultation. And I do not have the money to go throwing around if there is nothing I can do. I would appreciate any information you found out though, however, I don't know if it will do any good b/c each state laws are different where CYS is concerned. But Thank you ahead of time for trying! :)
