Erm, yes. Well. Congratulations are in order, I suppose.

Anyway, I wanted to follow protocol and let you know that arrangements for the paintball competition are being finalised at this very moment.

Also, I wanted to let you know as tradition dictates, that I have taken into employment one of your flock. Please know that within the work atmosphere, a strictly professional relationship will be observed and respected.

She has already started work and I have sent on a copy of her employment contract as well as compensation and benefits. I trust it is all to your approval as I myself have drawn up the details.

And I'm so happy that you have chosen Marilyn, she needs something to keep her busy and I'm sure you will.

I will check over these papers right now, but I'm sure everything is fine if you drew them up yourself.
