Sur Paprika

So I just went to see Paprika tonight.  Wow.

Visually stunning - the animation was over-the-top amazing.  The dream sequences (ie almost all of the movie) just flowed like butter; like a strange easily flowing liquid butter, perhaps olive-oily in it's consistancy.  The musical score was phenominal.

The plot?  I'll have to watch it again.

Indeed not, but I thought my anime-fu was getting better.

(The dear lady in my icon was also voiced by Megumi Hayashibara, the voice of Paprika. Though to be honest she is only of the only voice actors I know by name.)

Well that's one more than I can recall off-hand. But yeah, wonderful.

And if you want to expand your horizons, Princess is a fantastic Danish anime, although with some very disturbing subjectmatter.

i) Be afraid of the light.
ii) Learn to survive on popcorn and streetmeat.
iii) Add imdb to your firefox quicksearch.
iv) Adapt to reading subtitles very quickly.
v) Move to Toronto or another very filmy city.
