Another couple weeks down.
Well, I'll pick up with a brief summary of what's been going on.
I went on my PCT hike, but Otter and I only made it to Hyatt Lake, about 25 miles. Which isn't bad for our first attempt. Lessons were learned, and we'll do better next time. For all that, though, it was a rather gorgeous hike.

The first week back sounds like a doozy.
I seriously don't know what's wrong with people, about vehicles. I usually only drive back roads these days - most of my in-car time is on one-lane country roads where you have to stop and wait for the person to cross the bridges before you do.
I drove on the freeway for the first time in ages yesterday, during commute. I was so frazzled by the end. I don't know how people do it, and I'm so glad I don't have to anymore. O.o
