so we danced today in my dance class in the studio!! it was sweet but very very physical. i thought my stomach was gonna die from all the running and jumping and the ballet stuff. definately had to take tylenol when i got out cuz i was in pain. next time i need to plan ahead and take it in the morning when i get up. never knew dancing would make me ( Read more... )
