This morning at 5:30, my family received a phone call. A guy I have known since birth, was killed last night by a drunk driver. He was soon to be a husband and daddy. Because of one person's stupididty... a life is gone. Not just Daniel's life though..... his parents are devestated. My parents are devestated.... they practically helped raise him. ( Read more... )

That is why I don't have more than one or two drinks when i have to drive. Things like that piss you off, that someone has the capacity to do something like that. My condolences go out to your family, to his family, and to Jessica and her family.

like i said in mine, may dan rest in peace! he was a good kid and didn't deserve what he got last night. you said exactly right, who gave someone else the choice to decide on his life.

Well, now that I've heard the story, the whole story, and nothing but the story, I have to say that I think this situation should not be a problem. I've been in his position before, and what he did was absolutely harmless. I think that Ashley maybe is just looking for some reason to be mad at him, since he did lie to her back in the day. This, however, is nothing serious. For lack of a better word, I think this is "petty."
