things aren't to bad i had a review today, which went ok but i was told that if i wanted to do level 3 i can't keep my placement, i need to get one somewhere else. which was a bit of a bummer. although i could just stright out apply for an admin job and see what i get.

alas,

however i'm currently on a slim fast plan to shift a couple of pounds, for my speed dating event in brum! not really sure what i'm letting myself in for, but nothing ventured nothing gained i guess.

very gradually i'm rebuilding my life after the huge melt down (well that's what it felt like). so i guess things are looking up
