I found OmniFocus awhile back, and have been using it heavily. Last week, the last time I actually counted, I completed an average of ten OmniFocus tasks per day. OmniFocus looks kind of similar to MyLifeOrganized, which I've been using for several years. FWIW I've started to get into a bit more of a Agile Results practice myself, though I have a zillion recurring tasks in MLO to compete with all my actual goals.

There's definitely a similarity. Looks like the biggest practical difference for most users is Mac vs Windows - OmniFocus has no Windows version, and MLO appears to have no Mac version.

What I'm missing from OmniFocus, and why I miss LifeBalance, is a bit of the goal-oriented stuff. I don't like standard Agile task tracking as a way to handle that, but it would be nice to adjust importance somehow based on what I've been doing too much or too little of lately.
