Robby and I went and looked at that 89 acres of land today. Yes, it was pretty but no, we aren't buying it. First off, a lot would have to be done to it. That's an awesome looking house! Were you able to go inside of it or did you just look at the outside? The price really isn't bad at all, either, especially for Hattiesburg. I was hoping that since our lease will be up in March, we'd be able to look for somewhere else to live, but March just happens to be when Bryan thinks the gym will actually open. And since we're trying to keep as much money as possible in the gym until we have a steady amount of clients, he's only alloted us each bringing home $10k a year before taxes. I shouldn't complain, though, since that will be enough for our bills and food and such. Still, it won't be enough to get us a larger apartment or (as I would prefer) a house. Hell, we won't even have time to move until at least a year from now when we hire another employee.

Gah, sorry to bitch in your LJ. Yay for the house (even more of a yay if you get it).

lol.. its alright! That's all I ever do most of the time in my LJ.

We didn't get to go inside. Actually, it was dark when we went out there (or almost dark). We had to drive up in the drive way to actually see it because it sits SO far off of the road. We're going to try to make an appointment to be able to go look at the inside and everything whenever he is off of work and I am too.
