How nice! Are you guys planning on buying a house outright or getting a mortgage? Just curious, since this house and the one that you posted before that you decided against were both for sale, not lease.
I think we're going to sell the land across the street (you know, the one with the trailer on it) and then we'll at least pay 30k down. I'd rather buy one than lease it because heck.. you're paying as much for a mortgage payment as you are rent most of the time. He also has that house on Sandy Run that gets 525 a month rent, so that would go towards payments and stuff...
I've been looking for an update from you! I think getting 12 months clothes was a really good idea--people usually either get a lot of stuff that they'll outgrow before there's time to wear it all, or they get a size that doesn't go with the right time of year. I can almost guarantee you that someone will give at least one of the babies warm clothing that will fit them 'round about July....
That's the thing that bothers me.. They're both due on March 2, and I got them the 12 month clothes which are semi warm clothes. The little boys is a denim jacket with a dump truck on it, a shirt, and khaki's. The girls is a sweater vest, little shirt for under it, and some color pants (I forgot). I know normally babies grow faster than what the months say, so that's why I chose that. They'd be like 7 months by the time it'd maybe get a little cold...
