I woke up in the middle of the morning last Wednesday with a major tooth ache. I have been having trouble with my bottom teeth but since I didnt have dental insurance until this past Oct. I have been putting off going. I went last spring and paid thru the nose

I can completely understand the dental stuff. I lost my front four about 10 years ago and had a permanent metal bridge put in. I am sure they said something about going to go see a periodontist which is expensive and doesnt always work. My sister has had a freeze dried bone put in because of losing her front jaw bone and roots, and mine has spread to the uppper part but I am deathly afraid of the dentist that I deal with it. Plus insurance only covers 60% of the work. Did they say anything about doing root planning or something to that matter? I feel for you but as we get older, the teeth are one of the first things to go. So be careful about what you bite into.

before they did the x rays, they talked about root planning, but when they saw that there were no roots to plan.... what can they do?

now my whole right jaw is in pain. any time i chew or open my mouth a certain way, i get a really sharp pain.... and the ear on that side hurts too. sigh

i do not get emails anymore when someone responds... any clue about how to get that back working?
