Baked Italian Dressed Salmon w/ Butter & Garlic Sautee'd Spinach

Baked Salmon:

Ingredients:
-Salmon
-Italian Salad Dressing
-Salt, Pepper, and Toyote (optional)

Cooking Utensils:
- Baking Pan
-Foil
-Oven @350 degrees

Cooking Instructions:

-Lay foil on cooking pan (foil will be folded over salmon later)
-Pour a little of the Italian Dressing on the area where the salmon will be
-Place salmon the Italian Dressing
-Salt 'n Pepper (with a couple of drops of Toyote) on the Salmon
-Add more Italian Dressing on the Salmon
-Fold and seal the foil over the salmon
-Bake at 350 degrees.
  25 mins fora smaller salmon
  30-35 mins for larger salmon

Butter and Garlic Sautee'd Spinach

Ingredients:
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 clove of garlic
- Spinach

Cooking Utensils:
- Pan
- Cooking @ Low heat

Cooking Instructions:

- Cut garlic in small size (not necessarily minced unless ya wanna)
- Cut half of stick of butter
- Sautee butter and garlic together (Do not have to brown the garlic)
- Put in the other half stick of butter once the first half is melted
- Once all butter is melted, put spinach in
- Spinach does NOT have to be in there long. Just long enough for the leaves to soften
