Two weeks ago: My roomate calls me at work and says that we have to leave. He made up his mind to move back home, and had already told the landlord that we would be out in a week. Huge f-ing shock for me considering I am a poor shit and had nowhere to go

also, most landlords require you give them 30 days notice... technically you could stay another month and the landlord could sue your roommate...

the landlord was our nextdoor neighbor and him and Shawn were buddy/buddy after two years. Todays update.....the family that took him brought him back less than 24 hours later. Apparently Bliz didnt get along with their cat. So, tomorrow he has to go to animal control. Life blows.

if your roomie was so buddy/buddy with the landlord... have you tried to talk to the landlord at all about your situation? and he's not at all sympathetic? did you have a lease?
