We had an ultrasound yesterday, and the results were mixed.  While the baby's healthy and there's nothing medically wrong (that they can tell), he's in what they call a "footling posterior breech" position.  Basically it means he's the exact opposite of how he's supposed to be for delivery.  With only a week left until my due date, it's a bit
