the texas roadhouse people are crazy. i can't wait til i start working :) next week is training--it will be hell, but it'll be worth it. it's weird how a lot of stuff they use in the back of texas, they use at skyline...same burrito bar, containers, dish rack thingies, dish machine...etc. umm...
