Andrea or Mark is this the Lens you were talking about specifically Andrea I think this is the one you mentioned it retails in store for 129.99 here or more, but I don't have a CC or pay pal and never used Ebay but I can get a gift card master card if this stays at this price and order it if it's the right lens that I need. I got my camera

That's it, yep. I love my 50mm, I never take it off my camera.

The 75-300 is probably a bit much- I don't know when you'd need the 300mm length unless you're doing nature photography. For everyday kid stuff, 300mm is probably overkill.

Yeah I kinda thought so, I thought the 75-300 would be good for shooting things at a hockey game or stuff too if you were far away type thing. What len's do you have? You upgraded recently to a more advanced cmaera didn't you?

I've got a 50mm, 18-55 kit lens and 55-200 zoom. I *never* use the zoom, I think I'll be selling it since it's way too long for me.

Yep, I upgraded from a Nikon D40 to a D300 :)

I was going to get the D40 because it was 100.00 less but the XS has 4 mexa pixils more than the D40 so I figured meh pay the xtra 100.00, so bascially for what I would be doing all I really need is the 18-55 kit lens and the 50mm? No zoom lenses really needed unless I am doing alot of nature photo's and stuff?
