Yesterday, a new friend of mine took me out and we took Pictures for a few hours, She put my camera in manual and on raw and my photo's turned out alright but I definaly have some learning to do. My photo's almost all turned out dark and I know there for editing but we had it in raw and jepeg mode and even the jepegs are dark, then this morning I

luckily that's easy enough to fix if you took them in raw =] I had a super dark one once, and it looks great after a little tweaking.

Its a learning curve
I'm on my 3rd digital SLR and I still have LOTS to learn.

yeah that's what my friend said too, huge learning curve and shooting in the dark conditions she said wasn't really condusive with my kit lense!

definitely. I dont even have the kit lens. the 50mm f/1.8 is good and cheap.
