While I would never get one (I hate needles and that shit enough as is), I think it's pretty cool.

It's actually not just the needles part, it's also the fact that my parents would probably kill me if I ever got one (partially because they're like that, partially because it's kinda a big no-no for Jews). Still, more power to you if you get one.

The only thing I can say if you're going to get one, make sure it's something you won't be embarassed about 80 years from now ;-).
