Thanksgiving...

So, we stayed in WW this weekend and I made Thanksgiving. The turkey was a flop. It took 4 hours to cook even though everything I read said it should be done in 2 - 3. And it was still red around the bones. But it looks like the turkey stock came out great. We've decided all following Thanksgivings will be vegetarian. Cooking meat just doesn't work

I can do without the turkey too ... I had about 3 bites of turkey and spent my time with the sweet potatos, broccoli casserole, hot rolls, green beans, pumpkin pie ...

T-giving is all about the side dishes anyway
